Travel cases
A case is a separate purchase. Both are hard zip-up shells with a wrist strap. The grey one is styled to go with The Breather and the black one with The Breather Fit, though each device fits in both.

What is the difference between The Breather and The Breather Fit?
Both use resistive respiratory muscle training with independent inspiratory and expiratory settings. The Breather is positioned for clinical, rehabilitation and everyday respiratory health use, while The Breather Fit is aimed at athletic and performance training.
Is The Breather TGA approved?
The Breather is a TGA-listed medical device on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG). Listing means it is included on the register for supply in Australia; it does not replace advice from your health professional.
How do I set the resistance and start training?
Begin at the lowest setting for both inhalation and exhalation. Breathe in and out through the mouthpiece for the number of repetitions in the free training protocol, rest between sets and increase the setting only when the current one feels comfortable. The free self-paced video protocol on our Training page walks through each step.
How often should I use it, and when will I see results?
The typical routine is about 5 minutes a day. Results vary by person and condition. Many people notice changes in breathing effort over several weeks of consistent use. See our article “How long does it take to see results?” for more detail.
Does it come with a case, and can I buy one separately?
A travel case is sold separately for The Breather and The Breather Fit.
Do you ship to New Zealand and how long does delivery take?
Yes, we ship to Australia and New Zealand with separate NZ pricing.
Can I use NDIS funding?
Yes. We can issue invoices to plan-managed NDIS participants. Email us your full name, address, mobile number, NDIS number, plan manager, invoice email, the device you want and whether you need a case, and we will send the invoice.
