Which device should I order?
The Breather
Order this if a health professional has suggested breathing muscle training, or you are dealing with a lung, heart or neurological condition.
The Breather Fit
Order this if you are healthy and want a tougher workout for your breathing muscles.
The two devices are the same size and each has 6 inhale settings and 5 exhale settings. What changes is how much resistance you breathe against. Either travel case holds either device.
